When did you start at NewDay?
I started at NewDay in January 2018!
What were you doing before you came to NewDay?
I worked for part of MasterCard that manages domestic bank clearing and settlement systems. I mainly worked in new product development building and launching new products such as real-time payments, analytics and image processing.
How would you describe what you do at NewDay in one sentence?
I’m helping us build world class Digital Products by constantly improving our engineering agility and processes.
What was your first impression walking through the doors on your first day?
Energy. NewDay has a really fantastic team of people who are hugely committed to building a great business.
What’s the best thing about working at NewDay?
We are very fortunate in Digital to be able to create something new. This means we don’t have to spend anywhere near the time of some organisations battling with legacy technology and complex migrations. We get on and build new things!

I completed the UK Three Peaks challenge this year. I had to run the last 90 mins to make it under the 24 hours by just 20 minutes (we ending up short on time due to travel challenges!)
